A top chef will be cooking up scrumptious three-course meals at Fareham College’s restaurant.
Andy Stephenson, chef at Hallidays in West Sussex, will cook up the dishes at the college on January 22 and hold a question and answer session for diners.
Third year students will help Mr Stephenson prepare the menu, where he will use seasonal ingredients which are local to his restaurant.
Mr Stephenson has worked for the Roux brothers, Michelin starred restaurants in France and has earned 3 AA Rosettes in his career.
